12:30 PM        Arrive Chicago – go to Field Museum

3:00       Board busses to head to Motel
             (Double Tree Hotel, 1909 Spring Road, Oak Brook, IL
             phone – 630 472-6000)

Check in, get ready for  Blue Man Group;
Chaperone meeting to decide on night watch

6:15        Load busses to go Blue Man Group
8:00        Show starts

after show       return to hotel
15 minutes after we return from theatre         Room check

Friday, March 30, 2007

This will be a very full day.  We will not be returning to the hotel until the day is over.  Dress appropriately for a Broadway Production.  Khakis would be just fine.

7:30         Breakfast in Anthony’s Room  (provided by festival cost)
8:30 AM    Load busses to go to downtown Chicago / Untouchables Tour
10:00 AM  Meet your Untouchable Tour Guides at
               Rock n’ Roll McDonald’s
12:00 PM  Return to the Rock n’ Roll McDonald’s Drop off at
               Water Tower Place with free time to browse, shop and eat
5:00 PM    depart Navy Pier located at 600 East Grand
5:45 PM    Depart Navy Pier and go to Pizza place -  Giordano’s 7:15         Walk to Oriental Theatre, 24 West Randolph

After show      Go back to motel
15 minutes after we return from theatre         Room check

Saturday, March 31, 2007

9:00     Breakfast (provided by festival cost)
10:00   optional trip to the mall close by
1:30     return to hotel
3:00     load busses to go to performance site;

unload setup

4:20 PM          Concert Band Warm Up
4:55     Competition Performance & Clinic

after competition: return hotel to change -then Medieval Times

6:30 PM          Load busses to go to Medieval Times
7:00 PM          supper & awards at Medieval Times
11:00 PM        Room check
